Right of withdrawal
For private customers
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to kontakt@admen.dk or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods without notifying us at the same time.
Return
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
You must pay for the return of the package and administration and printing costs yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.
Unclaimed packages
If you do not pick up your package and it is sent back to us, you will be charged the actual shipping costs for the return shipment. In the event of cancellation, these will be offset against the amount you would otherwise have received back. If you want the package re-sent, you must pay to have the package delivered again.
No right of withdrawal
These agreements cannot be undone:
Delivery of posters, prints and plates that are manufactured according to your specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch. This applies to the category of prints with your photo, personalized posters and stickers, where the design is produced according to your wishes. As soon as you have approved the layout, your right of withdrawal lapses.
The condition of the item when you return it
If the product has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, you can only get a part of the purchase price back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the product, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a decrease in the value of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has diminished in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification that you wish to cancel the agreement.
We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

For Business Customers
The right of withdrawal only applies to private consumers who shop via www.admen.dk.
Businesses do not have a right of withdrawal. However, you can of course exercise your right of complaint in the event of product defects and transport damage.
Right of complaint
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sales Act apply to purchases of goods.
This means that you have the right to complain for 24 months.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the fault. If you make a complaint within two months after the fault is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.

If you are acting as a business, we reserve the right to remedy, for example, in the form of repairs rather than replacement.
Access to complaints

In order to file a complaint, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothing and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee to have the complaint processed. .
When you shop at an e-labeled webshop, you can have your case processed by the e-label for free - regardless of the amount. Read more here .

Submitting your own design
If you wish to have a motif supplied by you produced, it is your own responsibility to have the necessary permission to reproduce the supplied material. Admen.dk is not responsible for the lack of legal authority for the reproduction, duplication or publication of writing, drawings, patterns, illustrations, texts, trademarks, other business characteristics and other product equipment including design or other things that may be subject to third party rights. If Admen.dk incurs liability to a third party due to your lack of legal authority to exploit third party rights, you will indemnify Admen.dk for such liability.
- We reserve the right not to produce your designs if Admen.dk is in doubt whether it violates the law or may be offensive to someone.
- We reserve the right not to produce your own designs if, in Admen.dk's opinion, they are of poor quality.
- Submitted material will not be seen by anyone other than employees at Admen.dk and any subcontractors to Admen.dk without your consent.

The content of this website is protected by copyright and belongs to Admen A/S or the company's affiliated photographers, designers and artists. All or parts of the images on the website may not be used without Admen.dk's permission.
Images provided by admen.dk may not be reproduced and may not be used in advertising without Admen.dk's permission.
Gift card
We do not allow the purchase of a gift card with a gift card. If this is done anyway, we will cancel the purchase and inform the customer of this.
Privacy Policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone number and email address.
We record and disclose the personal information that is necessary to deliver the goods to you.
The personal data is registered with Admen A/S and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also work with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.
We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your information.
The data controller at www.admen.dk is Admen A/S.
You have the right to be informed about what information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. This may, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it.
